I worked at Riverton Hospital today. Technically it's the Primary Children's Outpatient Center attached to Riverton Hospital. And you know what?
I loved it.
It seems to be the best of both worlds there . . . both worlds being the things I miss about IMC and the things I like about Primary Children's. They only have three (!) operating rooms, and apparently they are usually finished with their schedule by about 1pm. That's one of very few negatives about the situation, but I think I'll try to go out there as often as I can.
I'm going back again tomorrow, so we'll see.

Cool! Is there a possibility of working there long term?
We LOVED it there too when Tessy had her "tummy tuck"
I hope you can go back!
hopefully you can spend more time there. Its easier when you enjoy your work and atmosphere.
I'm glad you liked it!! :)
I'm glad you enjoyed it out there, although I miss you at PCMC. It seems like scheduling out there is kind of crazy due to the unpredictable schedule. I've heard it is very nice though. Is it closer to home?
