I'm not very good at holiday décor around my house. I did find these cute glitter hearts at ye olde Big Lots.

I got a Happy Birthday e-mail from Rodizio, offering a free meal. So we went on the 21st. Delish.

On Saturday the 22nd, the siblings got together at Rachael's house. It was a very nice day. This is a collage of some good pictures I got. There was a lot of purple; I must have missed the memo.

This is from Sunday 1/23. I had been released from Primary the week before, but Benji has been coughing for a while, so Allen went to Sacrament Meeting and I went to Relief Society (I have been called as the R.S. pianist again). I took this picture of him after church, and I thought it turned out cute.

On Monday, Benji didn't want to take a nap (until about 5pm, of course). I tried to wake him up, but he was just OUT. So I did what any loving mother would do . . . I messed with him.

The rest of these have stories to go along with them, but I need to wrap this up. So here's the gist: I got a sweet Thank-You card from the Primary kids. It made me cry a little bit.

I love that Benji sleeps so deep he will let you mess with him. I would LOVE to do that to my kids. But alas, my kids are LIGHT sleepers and take any chance to wake up. Little stinkers. those pictures made me giggle. :)
I kinda like that last one of you. Fun effects! Not so keen on the pic with me in it you picked for the collage. Guess I can't ALWAYS look fab. :)
I am so glad you had a nice birthday. I love the pictures! Too bad about Primary, I know you loved it. But, perhaps it will be a relief too. Besides the new songs???? Just not like the good oldies but goodies.

You crack me up! I have been having some struggles loading pics onto blogger also. It has just been faster for me to load the pics one by one, annoying I know, but it works.
I love the shots of Benji sounds asleep. I can't believe he slept through all of that. Seriously so funny.
I think I might have to go to Zupas for lunch now. That picture really made me crave that Wisonsin Cheese soup, mmmm.
We need to plan another get together. Maybe lets shoot for the end of Feb, beginning of March. Any preferences?
